With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Trieu has initiated a new phase of growth for Bestmix since becoming CEO in 2015. His strategic vision and attention to detail are major factors in success at driving large projects while also prioritizing people. Under his leadership, Bestmix has improved its workplace culture, introducing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, professionalism and long-term growth.

As one of Bestmix’s original team members, Ms. Thoa understands all areas of the company's finances. She is a strong leader who has greatly contributed to driving our success in this highly competitive sector. She is a graduate of the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City.

Initially a trusted partner who selected Bestmix products for his own construction projects, Mr. Sang later joined the company as a Project Sales Executive. After nearly a decade of dedication, supported by strong technical expertise, perseverance, and a customer-centric mindset, he was appointed Deputy General Director of Sales - Region 1.
He currently oversees all Bestmix commercial operations from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau. Mr. Sang holds an MBA from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, as well as a Civil Engineering degree in Bridge and Road Construction.

As one of the pioneers in Vietnam’s construction chemical admixtures market, Mr. Ngô Quốc Trung brings over 20 years of experience in regional management and market development in Northern Vietnam.
With his extensive knowledge, leadership experience, and industry influence, he has made significant contributions to Bestmix’s growth, while strengthening and expanding the company’s domestic brand presence across Northern and Central Vietnam.

Mr. Sy has substantial experience in the construction field and has played a crucial role in expanding Bestmix’s network in Northern and Central Vietnam. Driven by delivering results, he motivates teams with his commitment to growth and success.

With his leadership of Korean building materials and technology companies, Mr. Vinh provides wisdom and vision to Bestmix’s R&D team. He has a great passion for innovation and creating quality global products, and he continues to motivate his team to on-going success.
